When you’re planning on selling your home, there are a number of things to have in place. While in the planning stage, one of our Katronis Team members can guide you through the process and explain the options to make your home look its best for prospective buyers.
With our in-house professional staging services, working exclusively for our team, we can help you with simple de-cluttering to furniture staging to comprehensive renovation planning, depending on your situation. We often work with sellers, preparing their property for sale, up to six months prior to listing their home.

An open house is an optional service we offer - on your terms. Not everyone likes them, but an open house can be an important part of marketing your home. Instead of having 10 showings, at different times throughout a week, we arrange for buyers to visit your home during a two-hour period so you only have to prepare your house once!
For showings and open houses, we have tastefully designed booklets created by a graphic designer for potential home buyers to take with them after viewing your home. Incorporating the professional photography, that we had taken of your home, with your floor plans and accurate square footage measurements, we have either a double-sided tri-fold booklet or an 8-page booklet printed to showcase your home. This has the added bonus of providing potential home buyers a memorable memento and reference when deciding which home to make an offer after a day of viewing numerous houses with their Realtor®.
Part of our job as your Realtor® is to spread the word that your home is for sale. We spend our marketing budget using all available marketing channels beyond the MLS® to showcase your listing. In the targeted geographical area of Cloverdale and the entire Fraser Valley, we circulate quality print materials marketing your home in our monthly Katronis Newsletter, our open house flyers, and ads in Cloverdale’s home-grown newspaper - the Cloverdale Reporter.
